This research is conducted based on the problems identified in class X Multimedia SMK Negeri 1 Tampaksiring namely the low student physics learning outcomes which include aspects of understanding and applying student concepts. The purpose of this study are to improve the understanding and application of concepts in physics learning through the implementation of the outdoor POCE in physics. The subjects of this study were 36 grade X Multimedia students of SMK Negeri 1 Tampaksiring in the second semester of 2019/2020 academic year. This research was conducted in two cycles. Cycle I consisted of three meetings and cycle II consisted of five meetings. Some data on understanding and applying concepts are collected by tests and assignments. Descriptive analysis results showed that an increase in outcomes aspects of understanding and application of students' physics concepts through the implementation of the outdoor POCE model.
