Public Perceptions of J&T in Singaraja

Abstract

The research was conducted to find out how the community's perception of J&T, especially in Singaraja. The population in this study were all people in Singaraja, Buleleng district. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency of Bali Province in 2020, the population in Singaraja City is 80,500. The sample calculation used the Slovin formula in order to obtain a total      sample size of 398 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis to describe the public perception of J&T in Singaraja. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the      public perception of J&T delivery services in Singaraja in terms of performance, service, reliability, product characteristics, and conformity to specifications shows positive results, while public perceptions of J&T delivery services in Singaraja in terms of result dimensions show positive results too.
