Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Mekaar Program in Ultra Micro Business Development in Benculuk Village, Cluring District, Banyuwangi Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used in this study using interviews, observation. The results of the research obtained by the Mekar Program in Benculuk Village Banyuwangi have been able to be given on target. The implementation has also followed the direction of the applicable laws and regulations. The most common obstacle experienced is to repay Mekaar's loan funds due to pandemic conditions like this and the weak economy. In addition, there is a lack of socialization to the community so that there are still businesses that the Mekaar program has not been able to reach. And the solution that can be done in overcoming obstacles to the implementation of the Mekaar program is to help each other in paying off Mekaar's loans with relatively low interest rates. Mekaar organizers are also increasingly active in conducting socialization so that this program can be useful and target all businesses.
