Evaluation of the Work Program of the Amerta Jyoti Village-Owned Enterprise (Bumdes) During the 2020 Covid-19 Pandemic in Beraban Village

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how effective the Bumdes Amerta Jyoti program in Beraban Village is as measured by the dimensions of context, input, process and product. This type of research is categorized into evaluation study research. The population in this study is the people in Beraban Village, and the number of samples used is 377 people obtained using the Slovin formula. In this study using a questionnaire and documentation as a method of data collection. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative using the z-score formula which is then converted into a t-score, after which it is converted into the Glickman theory prototype quadrant. The results of this study indicate that the Amerta Jyoti Bumdes Work Program during the pandemic in Beraban Village is quite effective because CIPP is in quadrant II position of the Glickman theory prototype (+++-), namely positive context, positive input, positive process, and negative product.
