Perceptions of Online Shopping Among Students of the Economic Education Study Program, Ganesha University of Education

The type of this research is a descriptive research. This research aimed to know a perception about online shopping around Pendidikan Ekonomi students, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, in terms of performance dimensions, additional features, conformance to specifications, reliability, durability, aesthetics, perceived quality, and ease of repair. The population of this research is 220 active students, meanwhile the sample of this research is 142 students which been doing an online shopping. The method in collecting the data is by giving questionnaire and interview. Data that has been collected analyzed by using descriptive analysis to describe the perception of the students about online shopping. The result of the research shows that most of the categories have a range of “strongly agree”. All in all, through this research, it can be concluded that the perception of students in Pendidikan Ekonomi about online shopping, seen from the 8 dimensions is “strongly agree”.
