Evaluation of the Implementation of the Teaching and Learning Process from Home During the Covid-19 Pandemic

: This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the teaching and learning process from home during the covid-19 pandemic in social studies subjects for class VII at MTs. Al-Khairiyah. This study uses a qualitative approach. The population of this study were seventh grade students at MTs. Al-Khairiyah. Data were collected by questionnaires, observations, interviews, documentation and data triangulation. Then analyzed descriptively with the CIPP model. The results showed that the implementation of the teaching and learning process from home during the covid-19 pandemic was running effectively even though there were several obstacles during the teaching and learning process. In evaluating the context of the implementation of online social studies learning (on a network) carried out at MTs Al-Khairiyah, in terms of 3 aspects of the context evaluation, namely the school environment, teachers' understanding of learning objectives, and students' needs for social studies learning. In the evaluation, the input aspect that is evaluated is the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) that has been made by the social studies teacher. In the process evaluation, the aspects that are evaluated are the implementation of social studies learning and the atmosphere in the learning process. And in product evaluation, the aspect that is evaluated is student learning outcomes.
