Community Perceptions of the Danadyaksa Savings and Loan Cooperative in Dauh Peken Village, Tabanan District

This study aimed at determining public perceptions of Danadyaksa Cooperative Saving and loans reviewed from dimensions: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative approach to describe the public perseptions of Danadyaksa Cooperative Saving and loans in Dauh Peken Village, Tabanan Subdistrict. The population in this study is public who have become members and non-members of Danadyaksa Cooperative Saving and loans as many as 575 people with a sample used as many as 236 respondents who were searched using the Slovin formula. Data collection method used is to use questionnaires and documentation. This study used descriptive analysis to analyze the data. Based on the results of the study showed that the public perception of the tangible dimension a score of 5,244 which categorized as good. The reliability dimension was categorized as good since it received a score of 3,556. The responsiveness dimension obtained a score of 4,462 which considered as good. The assurance dimension has a score of 5,948 which it was categorized as very good. The empathy dimension earned a score of 5,678 which categorized as good.
