Dampak Pandemi Covid-19 terhadap Tingkat Stres dan Aktivitas Fisik : Telaah Sistematik

Novel severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) penyebab penyakit Coronavirus-19 (Covid-19), telah menimbulkan banyak kasus Covid-19 dan kematian di dunia, kondisi ini masih berlangsung dan terjadi pada tahun 2022 di sejumlah negara di dunia. Pandemi Covid-19 telah berdampak terhadap tatanan kehidupan dunia semenjak pertama kali ditetapkan pada awal tahun 2020. Tujuan review adalah untuk mengetahui dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap tingkat aktivitas fisik dan tekanan psikologi khususnya tingkat stres. Metode dalam telaah sistematik ini menggunakan pedoman Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). Database Medline (Pubmed) digunakan dalam studi ini yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 1 Maret 2020 sampai dengan 10 April 2022 untuk artikel yang terkait dengan pandemi dan dampaknya terhadap aktivitas fisik dan tingkat stres. Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak terhadap perubahan perilaku pola hidup sehat. Terjadi penurunan tingkat aktivitas fisik di sebagian besar penduduk di dunia. Di samping itu, pandemi juga sangat berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan tingkat stress. Terdapat hungaan yang signifikan antara penurunan tingkat aktivitas fisik dengan peningkatan tingkat stress. Pandemi Covid-19 berpengaruh terhadap aktivitas fisik dan tingkat stress. Terjadi penurunan aktivitas fisik dan peningkatan tingkat stress selama pandemi.
