Pengaruh Latihan Dosis 100% Repetisi Maksimal terhadap Denyut Nadi Sebelum dan Bangun Tidur

Abstract

Latihan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kondisi kebugaran. Kebugaran seseorang dapat diukur salah satunya dengan indikator denyut nadi. Ketika latihan dilakukan, denyut nadi akan menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan energi. Kebutuhan energi berhubungan dengan intensitas dan lamanya latihan. Semakin tinggi intensitas latihan dan semakin besar volume latihan maka akan semakin besar kebutuhan energi. Secara otomatis denyut nadi akan meningkat seirama dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan energi serta volume yang dibebankan. Sudah sangat umum  denyut nadi dijadikan patokan untuk melhat seberapa besar intensitas latihan. Denyut nadi juga dipergunakan untuk melihat kondisi kesehatan seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan bagaimana pengaruh latihan intensitas 100% terhadap denyut nadi sebelum dan bangun tidur di hari melakukan latihan. Eskperimen dilakukan dengan sampel 6 mahasiswa. Latihan dilakukan dengan memberikan beban 100% repetisi maksimal, 3 set selama 12 kali pertemuan.  Nadi diukur selama satu menit, dilakukan sebelum tidur dan ketika bangun tidur. Dilakukan pencatatan berapa lama tidur tepat di hari melakukan latihan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS seri 20. Analisis data dipergunakan deskriptif, dan uji beda non parametrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang tidur kurang dari 6 Jam ternyata terdapat selisih denyut nadi yang lebih besar sedangkan yang tidur di atas 6 jam denyut nadi bangun dan sebelum tidur menjadi lebih sedikit. Analisis dengan menghilangkan variabel jumlah jam tidur menyatakan bahwa terjadi perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap denyut nadi sebelum dan setelah tidur di hari mendapatkan beban 100% repetisi maksimal.
