Hubungan Rasio Perilaku Konsumsi Makro Nutrisi dengan Tingkat Kebugaran Jasmani pada Remaja

Kebugaran jasmani merupakan kemampuan fisik yang dimiliki seseorang dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari tanpa mengalami kelelahan yang berarti. Aktivitas fisik dan asupan nutrisi yang baik dapat menjaga kebugaran jasmani dan merupakan usaha pencegahan dari berbagai jenis penyakit berbahaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan menggunakan metode survei, bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara proporsi asupan makro nutrisi dan tingkat kebugaran jasmani. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa Prodi Ilmu Keolahragaan Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Semarang berjumlah 30 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan formulir Food Record untuk mengukur proporsi asupan makro nutrisi dan Multistage Fitness Test (MFT) untuk mengukur tingkat kebugaran jasmani. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasional bivariate. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan makro nutrisi terhadap kebugaran jasmani dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,419 sehingga asupan makro nutrisi memiliki kontribusi sebesar 17,56% terhadap kebugaran jasmani. Nilai korelasi pada masing-masing asupan makro nutrisi terhadap kebugaran jasmani yaitu karbohidrat (-0,118), lemak (-0,374), dan protein (-0,210). Kontribusi karbohidrat 1,39%, lemak 13,98%, dan protein 4,41%. Proporsi asupan makro nutrisi memiliki kontribusi terhadap tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada remaja. Proporsi asupan nutrisi dapat dipertimbangkan dan disesuaikan dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai terutama untuk atlet.
