PENGARUH PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN MOTIVASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI PADA PERUMDA AIR MINUM TIRTA KEUMUNENG KOTA LANGSA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan motivasi sebagai variabel moderasi pada PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Keumuneng Kota Langsa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares sebagai metode analisis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini mencakup seluruh karyawan PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Keumuneng Kota Langsa yang berjumlah 139 orang. Mengingat jumlah populasi yang relatif kecil, teknik sampling jenuh digunakan dalam pemilihan sampel, sehingga seluruh populasi menjadi responden penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang dirancang untuk mengukur variabel pelatihan, motivasi, dan kinerja karyawan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4, yang memungkinkan pengujian hubungan antar variabel secara simultan. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, hasil uji moderasi mengungkapkan bahwa motivasi memperkuat hubungan antara pelatihan dan kinerja karyawan, sehingga peran motivasi menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

PERANCANGAN SISTEM MANAJEMEN MAGANG INDUSTRI PROGRAM FAST TRACK PADA PENDIDIKAN TINGGI VOKASI

Kurikulum program studi diploma dua Administrasi Jaringan Komputer dirancang secara aplikatif dan berorientasi pada praktik industri. Tujuannya adalah untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan kompetensi teknis yang relevan dan langsung dapat diterapkan di dunia kerja. Salah satu elemen penting dalam kurikulum tersebut adalah program magang industri yang dilaksanakan selama dua semester dalam skema fast track. Namun, pelaksanaan magang masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan seperti proses administrasi yang masih konvensional, minimnya pemantauan terhadap aktivitas mahasiswa di lapangan, serta belum tersedianya sistem informasi manajemen terintegrasi yang menghubungkan mahasiswa, pembimbing, dan mitra industri. Sistem informasi ini dikembangkan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dalam pengelolaan proses magang industri pada program fast track. Pengembangan sistem magang industri menggunakan pengembangan perangkat lunak model waterfall dan diimplementasikan dengan bahasa pemrograman framework codeIgniter. Dari hasil pengujian menggunakan metode black box testing 100% sistem yang sudah diimplementasikan sesuai dengan fungsinya dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna.

This research aims to examine the effect of use of financial technology, education, financial experience, and financial literacy on millenial’s financial management behavior. The data used in the research is primary data by distributing questionnaires via google form online. Respondents are people who are part of the millennial generation and already have jobs on the island of Java. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques and partial least squares (PLS). The data collected was 123 respondents and the results of analysis are the use of financial technology and education has a positive influence on financial management, financial experience has negative negative effect on financial management, while financial literacy variable does not have a significant effect on financial management.

PENGEMBANGAN PERMAINAN CATUR INTERAKTIF BERBASIS JAVAFX DENGAN FORSYTH-EDWARDS NOTATION (FEN) STRING

This research focuses on the development of a two-player chess game application based on JavaFX, utilizing Forsyth-Edwards Notation (FEN) for efficient position representation. The primary objective is to create an interactive digital chess experience that enhances user engagement and learning. The application features a user-friendly interface, allowing players to load games using FEN strings or start new games in both standard and Fischer Random modes. The implementation leverages JavaFX's capabilities to provide dynamic graphics and smooth gameplay. The system was rigorously tested using black box testing methods, ensuring all functionalities performed as expected. Test scenarios included loading positions, making moves, viewing move history, restarting games, and saving game states. Results indicated that the application met all functional requirements while delivering an optimal user experience. This study contributes significantly to the field of educational gaming by integrating modern technology with traditional gameplay mechanics. It not only serves as a platform for entertainment but also as an effective tool for learning strategic thinking in chess. Ultimately, this research demonstrates the potential of digital applications in enhancing classic games like chess through innovative design and technology integration.

PENGARUH MODAL DAN LOKASI TERHADAP PENDAPATAN PEDAGANG NASI JINGGO DI KELURAHAN KESIMAN KECAMATAN DENPASAR TIMUR

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of capital on the income of nasi jinggo traders, (2) the influence of location on the income of nasi jinggo traders, (3) the influence of capital and location on the income of nasi jinggo traders in Kesiman Village, East Denpasar District. This study applies a quantitative approach with a sample size of 35 respondents taken from nasi jinggo traders in Kesiman Village, East Denpasar District. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear analysis and determination test. The results of this study show that (1) the capital variable has a significant effect on income, as evidenced by the results of the t-test of 7.139, exceeding the t-table of 2.034 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05; (2) the location variable has a significant influence on income as proven by the results of the t-test of 2.838, exceeding the t-table of 2.034 with a significant value of 0.001 < 0.005; 3) capital and location variables have a significant influence on income as evidenced by the calculated F value of 25.957, exceeding the F table of 3.29 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; (4) The results of the determination coefficient using the Adjusted R Square method state that 59.5% of the capital and location variables have a significant influence on income, while the remaining 40.5% is influenced by other factors that were not included in the research. So the results obtained are that there is a significant influence between capital and location on the income of nasi jinggo traders in Kesiman Village, East Denpasar District.

PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI GYM SPOT BERBASIS WEB SEBAGAI PLATFORM INFORMASI DAN PROMOSI GYM DI WILAYAH PROVINSI BALI

The increasing public awareness of maintaining physical health has driven the growth of fitness centers (gyms), particularly in urban areas such as Bali Province. However, the availability of integrated and accurate gym information remains limited, making it difficult for users to find gyms that meet their preferences. On the other hand, gym owners also require a digital platform to promote their facilities and manage services efficiently. This study aims to develop Gym Spot, a web-based information system designed to serve as both an information hub and promotional platform for gyms in Bali. Data collection was carried out through interviews, literature reviews, and observations. The system was developed using the Modified Waterfall model, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system features multiple user roles (admin, gym owner, user), gym search by location, membership registration, and a dashboard for data management. Black-box testing was applied to validate the functionality of all features. The results indicate that the system performs as expected, providing an integrated solution that benefits both users and gym owners by simplifying information access and service management.

PENGENALAN OTOMATIS PELAT NOMOR KENDARAAN BERMOTOR DALAM CITRA DIGITAL MENGGUNAKAN JARINGAN SARAF TIRUAN BACKPROPAGATION UNTUK IDENTIFIKASI DAN KLASIFIKASI YANG AKURAT DALAM BERBAGAI APLIKASI, SEPERTI MANAJEMEN PARKIR, PEMANTAUAN LALU LINTAS, DAN SISTEM KEAMANAN KENDARAAN

Automatic recognition of motor vehicle license plates in digital images is crucial for applications such as parking management, traffic monitoring, and vehicle security. This study implements a backpropagation artificial neural network to enhance accuracy in identifying and classifying license plate characters. The research methodology includes image acquisition, preprocessing using grayscale conversion, noise reduction, and edge detection to improve image clarity. Feature extraction isolates key characteristics, which serve as input for the neural network. The backpropagation algorithm adjusts weights and biases through iterative learning to minimize errors. Testing on 100 image samples demonstrated an overall accuracy of 88%, with well-lit images achieving 94% accuracy, while noisy images had a reduced accuracy of 76%. Errors primarily resulted from poor lighting, distorted characters, and occlusions. The findings indicate that optimized dataset training, advanced preprocessing techniques, and refined neural network parameters significantly improve recognition performance. The system offers an efficient alternative to manual identification, reducing human error and improving operational efficiency. Future work includes integrating deep learning models, increasing training data diversity, and optimizing network layers to enhance robustness across various environmental conditions. This research contributes to automated intelligent transportation systems, offering real-time, high-accuracy vehicle identification for enhanced security and traffic regulation.

IMPLEMENTASI ALGORITMA APRIORI SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF STRATEGI PROMOSI UNIVERSITAS PGRI MAHADEWA INDONESIA

UPMI Bali is a new campus, so campus promotion is still very much needed to increase prospective new students at UPMI Bali. By utilizing available data, the campus can determine effective campus promotion strategies using data mining. The data system will be built using the Association Rules technique. Association Rules is a data mining method to find frequently occurring association patterns in data. This method is popular because it is often used to analyze shopping carts. The rules formed will be in the form of "If-Then" in a transaction. Using the apriori algorithm generally involves finding frequent itemsets from a sales transaction database through several iteration stages. The association patterns formed with a minimum support value of 10% and confidence of 50% produced 18 association rules, with the strong rule obtained being Lecturer and Denpasar with a support value of 22% and confidence of 50%. Thus, if students know about the UPMI campus reference from a Lecturer, then these students are from Denpasar.

PENGUJIAN ANTARMUKA DAN PENGALAMAN PENGGUNA WEBSITE SATUAN PENGAWAS INTERNAL POLITEKNIK NEGERI BALI

Website development for internal quality control units in higher education has become increasingly important in supporting transparency and accountability. This study focuses on usability testing of the official website of the Internal Supervisory Unit (Satuan Pengawas Internal/SPI) of Politeknik Negeri Bali, which was developed using the Laravel framework. The main objective of this research is to evaluate the website’s functionality and user interface based on user experience from three main stakeholder groups: lecturers, administrative staff, and students. A total of 15 participants were selected through purposive sampling and engaged in direct observation using structured task scenarios. Data were analyzed using a thematic qualitative approach to identify patterns of user behavior, difficulties, and feedback. The results show that users generally found the interface clear and easy to navigate, although some improvements were suggested in terms of layout consistency and icon clarity. The findings also highlight the importance of participatory design in educational IT systems. This research contributes practical insights for improving campus-based web platforms and emphasizes the relevance of user-centered design in public sector digital transformation.

ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN METODE DETEKSI TEPI ROBERT, PREWITT, DAN CANNY UNTUK PENDETEKSIAN TEPI TULISAN AKSARA BALI

Edge detection is an important analysis in digital image processing. An edge in an image is a border between two different objects or structures, and this edge information can provide important insight into the structure of objects in the image. The edge detection process aims to find the location of significant changes in intensity, which often reflect object boundaries or prominent features. Edge detection techniques have several methods such as Robert, Prewitt and Canny, where each method will produce a different processed image. In this paper, a comparison is made of the use of edge detection methods to process images of written Balinese script, which often have various different patterns in each writing, so that edge detection is expected to produce a clear image of written Balinese script using these three edge detection methods. as a comparison. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide valuable insight in selecting the optimal edge detection method for image processing of Balinese script.
