The hypothesis in this study is that the application of group guidance services through group discussion techniques can increase understanding of psychosexual development in students at SMK N 1 Denpasar in 2023. The research subjects in this study were 38 students in class XI TBSM 1 for the 2023 academic year. After conducting initial observatios in April 2023, it was determined that tose who were the subject of improvement were those who had a low understanding of psychosexual development, namely there were 8 male students. This research was conducted by providing group discussion techniques using 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, ebservation/evaluation and reflection. After the implementation of the first cycle there was an increase in understanding per individual ranging from 37.8 % to 45.5 % while per group the inchrease was 41.4 % in the sufficient category. The increase per individual in cycle II ranged from 51 % to 71.7 % while per group the increase was 61.1 % in the high category. The purpose of this research is to improve social relations between peers in class X BKP 2 through group guidance. This research is a group guidance action research that refers to classroom action research (PTBK) with the subject of class X BKP 2 students with a research period of one month. The research results obtained are in the first cycle, namely an increase in social relations by 40.5%. While the research obtained in cycle II increased by 60.3%, based on the results obtained it can be concluded that efforts to improve social relations between class X BKP 2 students have increased. This research is Counseling Guidance Action Research (PTBK). Counseling Guidance Action Research (PTBK) was designed in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 (four) activities, namely: 1) Planning, 2) Action Implementation, 3) Observation/Evaluation and 4) Reflection. The target of improvement in this study is class X MIPA SMA PGRI 4 Denpasar in the academic year 2022/2023 who have low social media ethics characterized by: 1) often using profane language in social media, 2) disseminating information that contains elements of violence without understanding the impact of the information being disseminated, 3) spreading issues in society that have not been verified, and 4) spreading information or pictures and the status of other people that are not accompanied by writing even though this is done without awareness that this is a violation, and 5) share negative statuses that are various personal and cause inconvenience to those who read the content. Based on the results of the first cycle of research, there was a change in students' social media ethics with the lowest score of 55 and the highest score of 80 with an increase percentage of 6% to 31% individually and 11% as a group. After being given action in cycle II there was an increase in students' social media ethics with the lowest score 80 and the highest 99 and the lowest percentage increase was 16% and the highest was 58% individually and the percentage was 33% as a group. The approach technique used in this study is the guidance counseling action research approach (PTBK) because the steps taken in an effort to minimize student learning difficulties through the learning process in the classroom. The existence of a curriculum has an impact on the mechanism of the learning process, so that teachers have an important role in developing students' soft skills. Apart from teachers, students also need help from outsiders, namely peers, because at school students interact more, exchange ideas and solve problems with peers. So the purpose of this study is the implementation of peer guidance to increase student learning interest in implementing the independent curriculum in class X.11 SMA Negeri 2 Mengwi in 2023. This research is of a quantitative type using questionnaires, interviews and observations as a data collection tool. Taking 5 research subjects who have low learning interest. After being given guidance in cycle I and cycle II, significant results were obtained, where there was an increase in learning interest from pre-cycle 57.5% to 66.5% in cycle I and improvements were made in cycle II to obtain an increase of 11% to 77.5%. . The target of this improvement is class X Accounting (II) SMK PGRI 2 Denpasar in the 2022/2023 Academic Year of 33 students there are 6 students who have low learning motivation with 2 male categories and 4 female students. Based on the results obtained in cycle I that the average initial data on student learning motivation was 47.7% after being given action in cycle I it increased by 67.5% with an average increase as a group to 67.5% in the low category . Sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian tersebut, maka sebagai subjek penelitian adalah semua siswa kelas X TK R 1 D enpasar tahun 2023, yang terdiiri dari 29 orang yang diobservasi pada bulan april 2023 dengan anak yang mempunyai masalah dengan belajarnya adalah 4 orang. Penelitian tindakan bimbingan dan konseling ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus yaitu siklus I dan siklus I I . D alam siklus I didapatkan hasil hasil penurunan kejenuhan belajar berada pada skor 119 sampai dengan 110 dengan nilai rata</p> <p>-rata secara berkelompok penurunan kejenuhan belajar sebesar 115,5 dan pada siklus I I terjadi penurunan kejenuhan belajar siswa berada pada skor sebesar 56 sampai dengan 52 dengan nilai rata-rata secara berkelompok mengalami penurunan kejenuhan belajar sebesar 53,15%. Berdasarkan dari hasil tersebut diatas dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa K onseling R ational Emotive Behavior Therapy (R EBT) D engan Teknik R elaksasi dapat M engurangi K ejenuhan Belajar Siswa K elas X SMK PGR I 1 D enpasar Tahun 2023. Parenting care is educating their children is very great and behave in laying the basics of behavior for their children.The method used in this research is descriptive correlation with probability sampling approach, the samples of this study were 57 respondents with Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The results showed that the calculated r value for the relationship between parenting style and learning discipline was 0.434 &gt; r table 0.256, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship or correlation between parenting variables and learning discipline variables. Self-efficacy affects career planning. This research examined how self-efficacy affects career planning for Bakti Indonesia Medika Vocational High School students. This study is retrospective. This research included 110 Bakti Indonesia Medika Vocational School class XII students of various disciplines. Sampling is total. This investigation used a research scale. Cognitive, motivational, emotional, and selection factors formed the self-efficacy scale. The partial t test indicated that self-efficacy affects career planning with a t value of 0.037 and a significance level of 0.024 (p &lt; 0.05). Thus, Ho is rejected while Ha is accepted, indicating that self-efficacy positively impacts class XII career planning at SMK Bakti Indonesia Medika. Schools, particularly counseling instructors, may use this study to assist students' career preparation by providing classical and group counselling.
