Penerapan Bimbingan Kelompok dengan Teknik Sosiodrama untuk Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi

This research focuses on guidance and counselling action research (PTBK) which aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing sociodrama techniques on student discipline. This action was designed with 2 cycles implemented at SMA Negeri 1 Mengwi in the academic year 2023/2024. The number of samples studied was 6 students with problematic discipline levels. This sample was selected through purposive sampling. Data collection for each cycle was conducted through observation, interviews and documentation. The data from the observation results were analysed quantitatively and the percentage of each improvement in the students' disciplinary behaviour was calculated. The results of the study represented that (a) there was an increase in students' disciplinary behaviour in cycle I through sociodrama technique on 6 students of class XI B3 SMAN 1 Mengwi by 7.6% to 63.8% with 2 students classified as high discipline and 4 others were quite low; and (b) students' discipline increased in cycle II with a percentage increase of 11.8% to 71.1% classified as quite high. Therefore, the results concluded that the application of group guidance through sociodrama technique was able to improve the discipline attitude of students of class XI B3 SMAN 1 Mengwi in 2024
