Abstract

This study aims to: The influence of Career Decision Making Difficulties as a mediator of the relationship between Career Decision Making Self Efficacy and Career Decision Making. The samples in this study were selected with cluster random sampling technique. The research sample consisted of class XII students of Senior High School in Malang City. This study uses a quantitative research design. Quantitative research is research that aims to obtain data empirically and in the form of numerical or calculated (quantified) data. The data analysis that will be used to test the hypothesis in this study is to use data analysis that will be used to test the hypothesis in this study is to use regression analysis techniques path analysis model Data analysis techniques in this research the role of mediation will be analyzed using a macro process. From 105 respondents who filled in the Career Decision Making Self Efficacy (CDSE), Career Decision Making and Career Decision Making Difficulties instruments, the results were obtained that career decision making self efficacy did not directly increase career decisions significantly but by increasing the ability to solve difficulties in career decision making
