Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: Pengaruh Career Decision Making Difficulties sebagai mediator hubungan antara Career Decision Making Self Efficacy dan Career Decision Making. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih dengan Teknik cluster random sampling. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas XII Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakana desain penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif adalah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh data secara empiris dan berupa data angka atau diangkakan (dikuantifikasikan). Analisis data yang akan digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Analisis data yang akan digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi model analisis jalur Teknik analisis data pada Penelitian ini peran mediasi akan dianalisis menggunaka process macro. Dari 105 responden yang mengisi instrument Career Decision Making Self Efficacy (CDSE), Career Decision Making dan Career Decision Making Difficulties diperoleh hasil bahwa career decision making self efficacy tidak langsung meningkatkan career decision secara signifikan tetapi dengan cara meningkatkan kemampuan untuk menyelesaikan kesulitan dalam career decision making
