This journal is expected to be a forum for Lecturers, Researchers, Teachers and Observers of Economics and Entrepreneurship. </p> Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia en-US Arthaniti Studies 2775-4081 IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE GROUP INVESTIGATION (GI) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PRAKARYA DAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN SISWA SMK WERDHI SILA KUMARA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022/2023 https://ojs.mahadewa.ac.id/index.php/arthaniti/article/view/3632 <p>This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) conducted at SMK Werdhi Sila Kumara involving all grade XI PH 2 students totaling 40 students consisting of 20 male students and 20 female students. Research is carried out in two cycles, each cycle consists of three meetings in which it consists of action planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The results of the study are known from the average student learning activity increased in the first cycle to 51.5% in the category of quite active. In the second cycle, the average student activity increased to 67.5% in the active category. Likewise, student learning outcomes have increased, initial reflection on the average student learning outcomes of 58.50, absorption of 58.50%, classical completeness of 17.5, so that actions were taken in the first cycle of average student learning outcomes of 70.05, absorption of 70.05% and classical completeness of 45.0%. In the second cycle stage, there was an increase with an average of 80.25, 80.25% absorption and achievement of Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) of 40 students (100%) were able to achieve KKM. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskripsi kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek Penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IX SMA Katolik Anda luri dengan jumlah 32 orang yang mengalami masalah dalam pembelajaran yang berpusat pada metode teacher center. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan secara gabungan, analisis data yang bersifat kualitatif, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa kurangnya motivasi belajar peserta didik disebabkan karena peserta didik bosan mengikuti pembelajaran yang banyak dilakukan guru dengan menggunakan metode ceramah. Selain ceramah, metode yang selalu dilakukan guru adalah penugasan. Sebagian peserta didik mengaku jenuh dengan tugas-tugas yang hanya bersifat teoritis. This shows an increase in the average student learning outcomes of 5.13, namely from 66.40 in the initial reflection to 72.81 in cycle I. In cycle II, the average score of learning outcomes for class XI APD students at SMK Negeri 3 Denpasar in craft and entrepreneurship subjects was 78.06 and student absorption was 86.73% and classical completion reached 90.62%. The average student learning activity score in cycle I reached 45.45% in the quite active category, and experienced an increase of 71.20% in cycle II in the active category.</p> <p>The average change in student learning outcomes in cycles I and II was 5.25, namely in cycle I the average student learning outcome was 72.81, in cycle II the average student learning outcome was 78.06, and changes in cycle I activities and cycle II was 25.75%, namely from 45.45% in cycle I to 71.20% in cycle II. The study uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 45. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and determination test.</p> <p>The results of this study indicate that, (1) there is an effect of the variable participation of members on the success of the cooperative, this is based on the results of the t-test of 4.211 greater than the t-table value of 1.681 with a sig value of 0.000 &lt;0.05. (2) there is the effect of employee performance variables on the success of cooperatives, this is based on the results of the t-test of 2.053, greater than the t-table value of 1.681 with a sig value of 0.046 &lt;0.05. (3) there is the influence of member participation and employee performance variables on the success of the cooperative, this is based on the F-test results of 19.570, greater than the F-table value of 4.07 with a sig value of 0.000 &lt;0.05. (4) The results of the coefficient of determination using the R Square method worth 0.482, states that there is an effect of member participation and employee performance on the success of the cooperative with a value of 48.2% while the remaining 51.8% is influenced by other factors not contained in in this research.
