IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE GROUP INVESTIGATION (GI) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PRAKARYA DAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN SISWA SMK WERDHI SILA KUMARA TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022/2023

This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) conducted at SMK Werdhi Sila Kumara involving all grade XI PH 2 students totaling 40 students consisting of 20 male students and 20 female students. Research is carried out in two cycles, each cycle consists of three meetings in which it consists of action planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The results of the study are known from the average student learning activity increased in the first cycle to 51.5% in the category of quite active. In the second cycle, the average student activity increased to 67.5% in the active category. Likewise, student learning outcomes have increased, initial reflection on the average student learning outcomes of 58.50, absorption of 58.50%, classical completeness of 17.5, so that actions were taken in the first cycle of average student learning outcomes of 70.05, absorption of 70.05% and classical completeness of 45.0%. In the second cycle stage, there was an increase with an average of 80.25, 80.25% absorption and achievement of Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) of 40 students (100%) were able to achieve KKM. Based on the results of research on early reflection, cycle I and cycle II, it can be concluded that the application of the Group Investigation (GI) type Cooperative learning model can improve learning outcomes in grade XI PH 2 students of SMK Werdhi Sila Kumara for the 2022/2023 academic year.

Learning is a learning process built by teachers to develop abilities and make students more active. Good learning practices are organized Using the STAR Method (Situation,Challenge, Reflection,Action and impact), in learning practice using in the PBL (Problem Based Learning) learning model can make students active and develop students thinking abilities. This practice is important to share because the PBL learning method is closely related to the real world so it is easier to understand. The parties inloved idn learnign practices using the PBL method are teachers, class VII student and colleagues. In this learning practice using learning media in the from of power points and LKPD. The results of learning practice show that the PBL method is very effective in increasing students learning motivation and understanding in social studies learning

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran yang tepat dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pembelakaran serta membangkitkan motivasi peserta didik pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi di SMA Katolik Anda Luri, Waingapu ketika melakukan Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) dalam memenuhi rangkaian Program Pengembangan Profesi Guru (PPG) melalui System dalam Jaringan ( Daring). Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskripsi kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek Penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas IX SMA Katolik Anda luri dengan jumlah 32 orang yang mengalami masalah dalam pembelajaran yang berpusat pada metode teacher center. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan secara gabungan, analisis data yang bersifat kualitatif, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa kurangnya motivasi belajar peserta didik disebabkan karena peserta didik bosan mengikuti pembelajaran yang banyak dilakukan guru dengan menggunakan metode ceramah. Selain ceramah, metode yang selalu dilakukan guru adalah penugasan. Sebagian peserta didik mengaku jenuh dengan tugas-tugas yang hanya bersifat teoritis. Tinggal menyalin dari buku teks

From the analysis carried out, in cycle I the average score of student learning outcomes in class and classical completeness reached 56.25%. This shows an increase in the average student learning outcomes of 5.13, namely from 66.40 in the initial reflection to 72.81 in cycle I. In cycle II, the average score of learning outcomes for class XI APD students at SMK Negeri 3 Denpasar in craft and entrepreneurship subjects was 78.06 and student absorption was 86.73% and classical completion reached 90.62%. The average student learning activity score in cycle I reached 45.45% in the quite active category, and experienced an increase of 71.20% in cycle II in the active category.

The average change in student learning outcomes in cycles I and II was 5.25, namely in cycle I the average student learning outcome was 72.81, in cycle II the average student learning outcome was 78.06, and changes in cycle I activities and cycle II was 25.75%, namely from 45.45% in cycle I to 71.20% in cycle II. From the description of cycle I and cycle II, it is known that the application of animation media can improve craft and entrepreneurship learning outcomes for class XI APD students at SMK Negeri 3 Denpasar

PENGARUH PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN TERHADAP KEBERHASILAN KOPERASI SAHABAT KITA JAYA BONGKASA ABIANSEMAL

This study aims to determine the effect of member participation and employee performance on the success of the Sahabat Kita Jaya cooperative Abiansemal Badung 2017-2019. The study uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 45. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and determination test.

The results of this study indicate that, (1) there is an effect of the variable participation of members on the success of the cooperative, this is based on the results of the t-test of 4.211 greater than the t-table value of 1.681 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. (2) there is the effect of employee performance variables on the success of cooperatives, this is based on the results of the t-test of 2.053, greater than the t-table value of 1.681 with a sig value of 0.046 <0.05. (3) there is the influence of member participation and employee performance variables on the success of the cooperative, this is based on the F-test results of 19.570, greater than the F-table value of 4.07 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. (4) The results of the coefficient of determination using the R Square method worth 0.482, states that there is an effect of member participation and employee performance on the success of the cooperative with a value of 48.2% while the remaining 51.8% is influenced by other factors not contained in in this research. Based on the test results above it was concluded that there was an influence between member participation and employee performance on the success of the cooperative
